Senior Specialist, Sales Controlling & Internal Control

A global automotive business seeks a Senior Specialist, Sales Controlling & Internal Control to shape business performance, profitability and financial governance across its Taiwan operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead business performance analysis across revenue, margins, pricing and product mix, identifying key drivers and opportunities
• Own monthly forecasting and annual planning, aligning revenue, margin and profitability assumptions across functions
• Evaluate pricing and margin changes, using scenario modelling to assess profitability and support commercial decisions
• Identify business risks and opportunities, recommending actions to improve revenue, profitability and working capital
• Lead internal control and risk reviews, partnering with department heads to track actions and strengthen governance
• Drive process improvements and reporting efficiency, while maintaining data quality and supporting audits and compliance

Candidate profile:

• Experience in sales controlling, commercial finance, FP&A, management accounting or a related finance function
• Strong analytical skills across performance analysis, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
• Knowledge of pricing, profitability and margin management
• Experience in internal controls, risk management, audit or financial governance
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights to management
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to turn financial analysis into clear, practical recommendations
