Finance Manager / Senior Manager

A leading multinational manufacturing firm seeks a Finance Manager / Senior Manager in Taiwan to drive strategic financial transformation, strengthen cross-border operations, and deliver insights that enhance profitability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

As a Finance Manager / Senior Manager, you will lead strategic financial analysis, compliance, treasury, customs, and overseas operations to support sound decision-making, profitability, and efficient business performance.

• Lead Group-level P&L analysis and financial modelling, translating financial data into actionable insights, cost reduction opportunities, and profitability improvements
• Provide senior management with well-structured financial recommendations and strategic decision support based on thorough business analysis
• Oversee overseas factory compliance with Group financial policies, including annual on-site audits and physical inventory counts with external accounting firms
• Lead Treasury operations to optimise cash flow, fund allocation, and capital efficiency while managing financial risks
• Oversee Customs and overseas Shipping teams, ensuring compliance with 1st Sale and Free Trade Agreement requirements, successful brand onboarding, and accurate shipment documentation, invoicing, and payment processes

Candidate profile:

• Extensive experience in apparel, footwear, or large multinational manufacturing, with exposure to complex supply chain dynamics
• Proven experience managing operations across multiple overseas manufacturing sites, particularly in Southeast Asia
• Strong international trade compliance knowledge, including hands-on experience with 1st Sale programs and Free Trade Agreement/tariff agreements
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, business acumen, and practical problem-solving ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and drive performance
• Mature team leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage through systems and reports, collaborate across geographies, present recommendations to senior management, and support continuous learning and knowledge sharing
