Senior Associate, FP&A

A leading FMCG organisation seeks a Senior Associate (FP&A) in Taiwan to manage sales P&L, drive budget control and deliver insights that accelerate eCommerce growth and strengthen strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the Taiwan Sales team to provide end-to-end financial support, driving eCommerce business development and informed commercial decisions
• Manage monthly sales scorecards and P&L commentary, ensuring accurate tracking of trade spending and APD budgets across accounts and categories
• Analyse spending performance to identify financial risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that optimise BTA expenditure
• Lead annual Sales budgeting, re-estimates, forecasts, and P&L planning, aligning financial targets with organisational objectives
• Provide Sales Channel Management with timely financial insights, monitoring budget allocations and variances while collaborating with stakeholders to address discrepancies
• Leverage advanced MS Excel and SAP capabilities to enhance financial reporting, streamline processes, and act as a value-added business partner to Sales management

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Management, or a related discipline, with 5+ years’ FP&A experience in multinational FMCG
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business acumen, with Sales Channel experience preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skills for complex data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting
• Good working knowledge of SAP for financial reporting and process optimisation
• Excellent English communication skills with strong stakeholder and Sales business partnering capabilities
• Reliable and adaptable team player, able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced multinational environment
