Finance & Sales Operation Manager

A leading medical technology organisation seeks a Finance and Sales Operations Manager in Taiwan to drive commercial strategy, optimise business performance, and deliver data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Commercial leadership to deliver strategic financial insights, executive recommendations, and data-driven decision support that shapes regional business priorities
• Lead FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modelling, ROI analysis, and market assessments to drive sustainable business growth
• Own Sales Operations across territory design, quota setting, customer segmentation, incentive programmes, performance management, and reporting to optimise commercial execution
• Drive regional performance management by establishing KPIs, tracking business results, and collaborating with cross-functional and APAC stakeholders to resolve business challenges through data-driven insights
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance and Sales Operations team while overseeing resource allocation and prioritisation to maximise organisational performance and long-term success

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) with 8+ years’ finance, strategic planning, P&L management, and Sales Operations experience, including 3 to 5 years in strategic planning or P&L leadership
• Advanced Excel proficiency is essential; experience with Tableau, SQL, or other business analytics tools is an advantage
• Proven success partnering with senior leadership in complex, fast-paced commercial environments, managing multiple priorities and presenting insights in both Mandarin and English
• Strong business acumen, financial modelling, analytical thinking, ROI analysis, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing teams, navigating ambiguity, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives
