FP&A Manager

A leading technology organisation seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager in Taiwan to drive strategic planning, business partnering, and financial insights that support growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and budgeting that supports strategic growth and aligns business objectives with financial targets
• Lead month-end financial reporting by analysing results, identifying key performance drivers and variances, and preparing management reports to support informed decision-making
• Evaluate new business opportunities through comprehensive financial analysis, providing actionable recommendations that influence commercial and strategic decisions
• Strengthen financial capability across commercial teams by advising on finance principles, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration to improve reporting accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and stakeholder communication while delivering ad hoc analyses and supporting key business initiatives

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 8 years’ experience in accounting or commercial finance; Big 4 background (minimum 3 years) is highly preferred
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and commercial finance within complex business environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial data and deliver forward-looking business insights
• Strong business partnering, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-finance teams
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
