Business Management & Analytics Supervisor/Assistant Manager

A leading automotive organisation seeks a Business Management and Analytics Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Taiwan to drive business analytics, financial planning, and strategic reporting that enables data-driven decision-making and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise resource allocation, control costs, and support business objectives
• Drive business analytics, dealer financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights that strengthen strategic decision-making and business performance
• Own business analysis and requirements gathering, identifying growth opportunities, solving operational challenges, and translating business needs into effective solutions
• Manage annual bonus and margin programmes, ensuring accurate reporting, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of commercial initiatives
• Enhance business intelligence and reporting systems by streamlining reporting processes, improving data quality, and driving financial planning and reporting efficiencies
• Champion KPI governance and organisational capability, developing performance frameworks, training materials, and learning initiatives that foster continuous improvement

Candidate profile:

• At least 5 years’ experience in business analytics, financial analysis, business management, or commercial planning, ideally within the automotive retail or a related industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis, financial reporting, and business presentations
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, dealers, and senior management, to deliver strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical, business analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with proven stakeholder management and organisational abilities
• Fluency in Chinese and English, complemented by an adaptable mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
