Corporate Finance Manager

A leading automotive company is seeking a commercially minded Corporate Finance Manager in Taiwan to lead investment evaluation, oversee treasury operations, and inform strategic financial decisions.

Take on a broad corporate finance role where you can influence capital allocation, challenge investment assumptions, and advise senior management on opportunities that shape financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead financial evaluations of major investments and CAPEX, including ROI, IRR, NPV, payback, and sensitivity analysis
• Assess business cases, challenge assumptions, and provide clear investment recommendations to senior management
• Monitor approved projects and CAPEX against business cases and expected returns
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships
• Manage credit facilities and financing arrangements, monitor FX exposure where applicable, and evaluate short-term funding and investment opportunities
• Support the Finance Director with strategic financial analysis and ad hoc corporate finance projects

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Investment Analysis, or similar functions
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, investment appraisal, and CAPEX evaluation, with practical experience in treasury, cash management, and banking relationships
• Sound understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and IFRS
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills in financial modelling, data analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis; strong PowerPoint presentation skills
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior management
• English proficiency for business communication and reporting
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA is an advantage
