An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished finance leader to join a renowned organisation in Taipei, Taiwan as Chief Financial Officer.
This pivotal role will see you partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape financial strategy, drive sustainable growth, and support long-term business transformation. You will play a key role in leading organisational change, strengthening governance, and delivering operational excellence across a complex and evolving business environment.
Key responsibilities:
As Chief Financial Officer based in Taipei, you will lead the organisation’s financial strategy, transformation agenda, and governance framework to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Lead the overall finance function, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, internal control, and investor relations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and listed company requirements
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior management team to drive business growth, strategic planning, and long-term financial sustainability
- Lead organisational restructuring and finance transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and support business expansion
- Drive process reengineering and optimisation across finance and cross-functional operations, improving workflow efficiency, automation, reporting quality, and internal controls
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial performance analysis to support management decision-making and profitability improvement
- Manage communication with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, investors, regulatory authorities, and Board members, ensuring transparency and strong corporate governance
Candidate profile:
You are an experienced senior finance leader with a strong background in complex, multinational or listed environments, bringing both technical expertise and transformational leadership capability.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines; CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Extensive leadership experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance executive within listed companies or large-scale organisations
- Proven track record in organisational restructuring, finance transformation, process optimisation, and operational efficiency improvement
- Strong expertise in financial planning, corporate governance, internal controls, compliance, and capital management
- Excellent business partnering capability with strong commercial mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to influence senior stakeholders and Board members
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to lead large teams and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
