Key responsibilities:

• Extensive finance and accounting experience with a strong track record in complex, high-stakes environments
• Proven expertise in IPO preparation, including regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and project management
• Strong background in investment management, covering opportunity assessment, risk evaluation, and portfolio optimisation
• Skilled in developing accounting policies, driving finance process improvements, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards
