Finance Manager

Our client is on the hunt for a proactive and skilled Finance Manager to take charge of their finance function. This role involves overseeing comprehensive accounting operations, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and costing activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, managing a team, and driving financial integrity, strategic insights, and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-set accounting processes, including general ledger, month-end/year-end closing, and statutory reporting
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control strategies
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and corporate policies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational improvements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• Solid knowledge of full-set accounting, FP&A, and costing principles
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
