Finance & Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager

A leading FMCG company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Supervisor, Finance & Accounting in Taiwan to manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and key accounting processes.

This role offers broad exposure across finance operations, with opportunities to apply your technical expertise, collaborate with international stakeholders, and strengthen financial controls that support accurate reporting and informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate free cash flow (FCF) forecasting and related financial reporting
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and coordinate audit documentation, annual tax filings, quarterly statutory reports, and other required submissions
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisers, headquarters tax teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Prepare corporate income tax (CIT) returns, transfer pricing (TP) documentation, withholding tax, VAT and CIT revenue reconciliation reports, and deferred tax asset (DTA) submissions
• Support treasury processing and maintain related financial information
• Conduct or support balance sheet reviews, accounts receivable and sales-related activities, monthly closing checks and reporting, and customer master data maintenance, as required

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline
• At least 5 years’ accounting experience; FMCG or multinational company (MNC) experience is an advantage
• Professional accounting qualification and strong finance management experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English, with a proactive, independent, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
