成本會計主管 (課長~經理 Level)

A manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Cost Accounting Supervisor / Manager to oversee plant cost closing, financial analysis, and budgeting for its Vietnam manufacturing operations.

This role offers the opportunity to go beyond financial reporting by identifying cost-saving opportunities, strengthening financial controls, and driving improvements that support operational performance and business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead monthly cost closing for the Vietnam manufacturing plant, ensuring accurate and timely financial results
• Analyse and evaluate manufacturing costs and operational performance to identify variances, cost trends, and efficiency improvement opportunities
• Prepare and interpret management reports, translating financial data into actionable insights for business decision-making
• Coordinate annual budgeting and conduct budget variance analysis to strengthen cost control and financial planning
• Propose and drive process and operational improvements, following through on implementation and evaluating results
• Review accounting entries and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies

Candidate profile:

• At least 5 years’ experience in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or monthly cost closing is preferred
• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and financial closing processes
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to apply AI tools to enhance work efficiency and data analysis
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities
