Finance & Accounting Manager / Senior Manager

A well-established financial services group in Taipei is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee core financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support long-term strategic stability. This position offers a high-impact role overseeing financial reporting, taxation, and statutory alignment within a dynamic corporate framework, with opportunities to partner closely with key executives on strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee and control monthly closing schedules, general ledger processing, and the preparation, consolidation, and regulatory filing of financial statements. Ensure strict accuracy and full alignment with corporate accounting standards, industry practices, and statutory regulations.

• Taxation Strategy & Operations: Lead and plan domestic and international tax-related accounting, reporting, and tax filing processes to maintain compliance with relevant laws. Supervise special tax applications, manage tax advisory inquiries, and serve as the primary liaison for regulatory tax audits and communications.

Candidate profile:

• 15–20 years of accounting experience within financial industry.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
