Senior Accountant

An organisation seeks a Senior Accountant to handle reporting and tax for diverse clients in a collaborative, development-focused environment in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

As Senior Accountant, you will prepare monthly financial statements and manage a range of tax filings in compliance with Taiwan GAAP and local tax regulations.

• Review payment vouchers, expense reimbursements, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support the design, implementation, and optimisation of internal control processes to meet client operational needs
• Deliver professional accounting and tax advisory services, providing practical recommendations to clients
• Lead, review, and supervise team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing client needs and issues

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring accounting experience, strong analytical skills, bilingual communication, and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant accounting experience
• Ability to independently manage accounting operations and tax filings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
