Treasury Supervisor/Assistant Manager
An esteemed international organisation in Taipei is seeking a Treasury Supervisor or Assistant Manager to join their collaborative finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily reporting of global cash positions, ensuring all information is accurate, timely, and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage the inter-branch settlement process by drafting tripartite agreements, organising documentation filing systems, and conducting regular reviews for compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate inter-branch loan disbursements by preparing contract agreements, maintaining precise loan records, and facilitating smooth transactions between branches.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global banking partners by overseeing account activities and ensuring effective communication at all times.
- Manage the online payment approval process by keeping banking signatory records up-to-date and supporting annual KYC reviews as well as other compliance requirements.
- Assist in developing best practices for cash management procedures to enhance operational efficiency across multiple regions.
- Provide guidance and support during audits or internal reviews related to treasury functions, ensuring all documentation is readily available and compliant with regulations.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a closely related field provides you with the foundational knowledge necessary for this role.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in treasury management, cash management or similar financial roles ensures you have practical expertise in handling complex financial operations.
- Strong analytical abilities empower you to interpret financial data effectively and provide valuable insights for decision-making processes.
- Proven ability as a dependable team player who communicates clearly with colleagues at all levels fosters an atmosphere of trust and cooperation within the department.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with external partners such as banks enhances your capacity to build lasting professional relationships that benefit the organisation.
