Senior Logistics Manager

A leading multinational consumer goods company is seeking a Warehouse Operations & Projects Lead to strengthen its warehousing capabilities in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in warehouse management, with a proven track record in operational optimization, cost reduction, layout redesign, WMS implementation, or facility relocation. This is a critical role driving logistics transformation initiatives and long-term supply chain resilience

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, outbound, inventory control, and 3PL performance management.

    • Design and implement efficiency improvement programs, including warehouse process optimization, space utilization, KPI enhancement, and automation opportunities.

    • Drive and manage strategic warehouse projects such as site relocation, DC network redesign, or new facility setup.

    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (supply planning, customer service, commercial teams) and external partners (3PLs, vendors, contractors) to ensure smooth execution.

    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, 5S, Kaizen) in warehouse processes.

    • Ensure warehouse compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and corporate standards.

    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), cost drivers, and budget planning for warehousing.

    • Participate in regional or global logistics transformation projects as needed.


    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.

    • 8–15 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and project management, preferably in FMCG, 3PL, or manufacturing environments.

    • Solid experience in large-scale warehouse transformation, relocation, WMS deployment, or network redesign.

    • Hands-on and analytical, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional and cross-border collaboration.

    • Familiarity with modern warehousing tools, automation, and digitalization trends.

    • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
