What you'll do:
- Provide direction, mentorship, and technical guidance to a team of automation testing engineers
- Lead the quality engineering efforts for software products and services
- Coordinate team activities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of testing objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and facilitate training to enhance team competencies
- Drive continuous improvement in quality engineering processes and methodologies
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous integration and delivery, with a strong focus on automated regression testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects through their lifecycle
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand product functionality and ensure test coverage
- Stay updated with emerging testing technologies and industry trends
What you bring:
- 7+ years of experience in quality engineering or software testing, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., PlayWright, Selenium, Appium or Selendroid)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with integrating automation testing with product CI/CD pipeline (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Solid understanding of various types of testing (e.g., functional, performance, security), with an emphasis on automated regression testing.

- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and testing methodologies
