As a Senior Product Manager, you will be deeply involved in the design and optimization of core functions related to members and stores, and will work across departments to gather requirements, integrate resources, and develop a clear product strategy in cross-departmental collaboration on a daily basis. • Responsible for the whole process management of core product functions such as membership system and store services to ensure the stable operation of the system and meet the needs of users.
• Lead cross-departmental communication and collaboration, effectively integrate and prioritize requirements from different departments such as business, customer service, and risk.
• Write high-quality requirements documents, design user flows and wireframes to clearly present product specifications and user paths.
• Use data analytics to drive decision-making, uncover user insights and develop feasible product solutions, and continuously iterate and optimize functions.
• Define functional experiment metrics and perform validation, and adjust product direction based on the results of the experiment to improve user experience.
• Logical dismantling of unknown or complex problems and proposing concrete and executable solutions.
• Lead the team to grow together, and help members reach their potential and achieve their goals.
• Actively participate in market trend research and grasp the pulse of the industry to plan future product blueprints.
