What you'll do:

As an Account Manager based in Taipei, you will immerse yourself in every aspect of client engagement—from initial order processing through to long-term strategic planning. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with colleagues across multiple functions as you work together to deliver outstanding service tailored precisely to each client’s unique requirements. By maintaining frequent communication with your accounts, you’ll have the opportunity to build trust-based relationships that foster loyalty while identifying new avenues for partnership.   • Accurately process order specifications in both internal and customer systems, ensuring all pricing, payment terms, quotes, and shipping arrangements are handled efficiently and in line with standard terms.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive multi-year strategies aimed at enhancing value for the customer while maximising the account’s contribution to overall business objectives through targeted relationship-building initiatives.
  • Engage executive leadership in strategic customer visits when appropriate to further strengthen credibility and deepen account penetration.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and ensure ongoing alignment between customer needs and organisational capabilities.
  • Act as an advocate for both the company and its customers by creating mutually beneficial solutions that balance requirements and constraints on both sides.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving customer requirements and key buying factors, using this insight to pursue profitable opportunities for current or next-generation products while adapting account plans as necessary.
  • Work closely with Pricing, Product Line Management, and other internal teams to negotiate agreements that are favourable for both parties.
  • Proactively clarify contract terms with customers, ensuring expectations are aligned with what can be delivered by the division.
  • Coordinate cross-functional services—including Applications Engineering, Customer Service, Systems Engineering, and Technical Management—to provide unified support that enhances the overall client experience.
  • Gather market intelligence on customers and competitors to inform sales planning processes, marketing strategies, demand forecasting, and inventory management efforts.
