As Sales Manager – Pneumatic Products, you will play a key role in Taiwan, not only in the railway industry, but also in the industrial automation market.   • Develop and execute effective sales strategies in designated regions to promote pneumatic products to new and existing customer groups.
  • Half of his time is devoted to the railway industry, including establishing close cooperative relationships with major railway bureaus in Taiwan, participating in project negotiations and demand analysis.
  • The other half of the time is focused on the field of industrial automation, responsible for dealer management, maintenance of existing customers and development of new customers.
  • Conduct market research to grasp industry trends, competitor dynamics and potential customer needs to adjust sales direction.
  • Establish strong connections with stakeholders such as key decision-makers, procurement managers, and engineers to provide tailored solutions.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the characteristics, advantages, and application scenarios of pneumatic products, and assist customers in selecting the most suitable products for their needs.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements to meet or exceed set goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecast data for management review, ensuring transparency and flow.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, engineering and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Share market insights, best practices, and sales strategies to facilitate knowledge sharing and mutual growth for your team.

Sales Manager – Pneumatic Products requires a solid engineering background and years of B2B sales experience in the pneumatic or automation industry. At the same time, it is necessary to be familiar with Taiwan's railway industry ecosystem, to quickly establish trusting relationships and accurately grasp customer needs. This role emphasizes communication and collaboration skills, so your affinity, interpersonal skills, and cross-departmental coordination experience will be important pluses.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect different levels of stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently with less supervision, while being open to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking, able to respond flexibly to changing market scenarios and propose feasible solutions.
  • Fluent in English, able to handle international communication matters and write professional document reports.
  • Willing to travel in designated areas according to work needs to meet customer visits and project promotion needs.
