Business Development Director

As Business Development Director, you will be tasked with leading the team to develop data center mechanical component solutions in the North American and Asia-Pacific markets. In your day-to-day work, you'll need to combine industry trend insights, market analysis skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to constantly find new business opportunities and build a solid network of partners. At the same time, you will participate in high-level strategic discussions and help develop realistic and forward-looking sales plans to ensure that the organization can stand out from the competition. - Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for data center mechanical component solutions in North America and Asia Pacific to drive product sales and achieve business objectives.
- Actively participate in the company's overall strategic planning, including sales strategy formulation, forecasting and resource planning, to ensure that all objectives are consistent with corporate strategy.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of cloud industry trends, analyze the Group's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) into the space, and study competitors' product strategies to optimize their own solutions.
- Identify potential target customer groups, establish and maintain strong partnerships, and drive sales of cloud service provider (CSP)-related products and services.
- Design and optimize CSP product sales models to increase market share and business growth.
- Establish and implement localized sales strategy plans according to the characteristics of different regions, and effectively plan related activities to increase penetration.
- We will continue to explore new business opportunities, evaluate potential partners and expand the ecosystem to support the company's long-term growth.
- Assist the team to improve the quality of project briefs, translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand business language, and promote internal and external communication efficiency.

- Proficient in major cloud technology platforms and solutions such as Microsoft, AWS, Google and Meta helps drive diversified product lines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management skills to effectively promote business cooperation and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Good at industrial market analysis and strategic planning, can flexibly adjust sales direction to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent presentation skills to clearly communicate complex technical content to stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, as well as fluent in Mandarin, to support international customer interaction and multicultural communication needs.
- Experience in building and expanding partner ecosystems can help enhance the company's competitiveness and market penetration.
- Possess the ability to think strategically in business, product and technology, and help organizations grasp the opportunities of industrial transformation and promote innovation and development.
