We are seeking a strategic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead the digital commerce operations for a prestigious beauty brand. This role will oversee the brand’s official website and LINE Gift platform, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will work closely with global headquarters to align local execution with global brand strategies and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Website Management

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns, membership programs, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
  • Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for optimization.

LINE Gift Operations

  • Manage product listings, promotional activities, and marketing strategies on LINE Gift.
  • Liaise with LINE platform contacts to leverage new features and marketing resources.
  • Monitor performance and customer feedback to continuously refine product offerings and content.

Headquarters Collaboration

  • Maintain close communication with global headquarters to ensure alignment on brand direction and digital strategy.
  • Share local market insights and performance updates regularly to secure support and resources.
  • Support the localization and execution of regional or global initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Generate regular performance reports and track KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with brand marketing, PR, supply chain, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Manage external partners such as e-commerce agencies and technology vendors.
