Hiring a Head of Digital Strategy in Taipei to lead transformation across the business. You'll drive the digital roadmap, improve customer and partner experiences, and embed innovation into core operations. A high-impact role with flexibility and strong leadership visibility.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive multi-year digital strategy that is fully aligned with business goals, customer needs, and emerging market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex digital transformation programmes encompassing automation, enhanced customer experiences, platform development, and seamless data integration.
  • Collaborate with IT, product management, and commercial departments to design and implement robust digital solutions that scale effectively across the organisation.
  • Identify key opportunities to digitise end-to-end customer journeys, leveraging technology to improve service delivery and satisfaction through various digital channels.
  • Drive the adoption of data-led decision making by enabling real-time insights generation, performance tracking mechanisms, and personalised experiences for customers.
  • Oversee the selection process and ongoing management of external vendors including digital solution providers, fintech partners, and technology consultants to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and broader business strategies.
  • Promote change management best practices by building digital capabilities within teams and encouraging a culture rooted in innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Monitor industry developments in digital platforms, data ecosystems, and customer experience design to inform strategic planning and maintain competitive edge.
  • Ensure effective governance of all digital projects by establishing clear metrics for success, regular progress reviews, and transparent communication throughout the organisation.


What you bring:

  • A minimum of eight years’ experience in roles focused on digital strategy, transformation leadership or innovation within financial services or related sectors such as fintech.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex enterprise-wide digital initiatives from conception through execution with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of modern digital platforms including their architecture, integration points with legacy systems, and potential for enhancing customer experience design.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments including IT, product management, commercial operations, ensuring alignment on shared objectives.
  • Expertise in leveraging data ecosystems for real-time analytics, performance measurement frameworks, and personalisation strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of building consensus among senior executives as well as operational teams.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities suitable for engaging diverse audiences internally and externally.
  • Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking; able to balance high-level vision with attention to detail during project delivery phases.
  • Experience overseeing vendor relationships including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and partnership optimisation within technology-driven environments.
  • Strong leadership qualities demonstrated through mentoring others in change management best practices while fostering an inclusive culture centred on innovation.
