You will play a pivotal part in optimising business processes, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring that all initiatives are delivered to the highest standards. With a strong emphasis on professional growth, cross-functional teamwork, and impactful project delivery, this position offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference while enjoying flexible working opportunities and exposure to cutting-edge technology.

Key Requirements:

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to design and implement enhancements to the LINE platform that address broader business and marketing needs.
  • Drive continuous improvements across LINE functionalities and databases to maximise business opportunities and member engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor CRM activities including loyalty programme management, member redemption processes, and campaign launches.
  • Analyse user journeys within the loyalty system to identify areas for user interface enhancement and improved member experience.
  • Coordinate comprehensive member communication plans by liaising with both internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of messages.
  • Oversee the successful launch of CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to project schedules.
  • Provide essential administrative support for overall objective achievement by coordinating follow-up actions with relevant parties as needed.
  • Lead project management duties related to system integration by planning, managing, and coordinating execution across multiple teams.
  • Assist in system administration tasks such as configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation between global data systems and local applications.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including scope of work, user requirements, technical briefs, project schedules, meeting minutes, setup procedures, and testing protocols.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline provides a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems and database management skills is essential for effective programme delivery.
  • Hands-on experience implementing CRM/SCRM/LINE ecosystem solutions is highly valued; familiarity with CDP/DAM/MA/SSO/MFA platforms would be advantageous.
  • Proven track record in IT project planning, requirements analysis, or account management enhances your ability to coordinate complex initiatives.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience working with CRM systems—including development, testing, release cycles, or API integration—ensures you can hit the ground running.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Akeneo PIM solutions, Treasure Data CDP or OKTA identity management tools is considered a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work dependably both independently and as part of a team is vital for success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively across departments as well as with global teams and third-party vendors or partners.
  • A self-motivated approach coupled with quick learning abilities ensures you adapt rapidly to evolving project requirements while maintaining responsibility for outcomes.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese allows you to communicate clearly across multicultural environments.
