負責保健食品產品線之新產品開發與全方位行銷策略規劃,從市場洞察、產品定位到上市推廣,確保產品在競爭市場中脫穎而出,達成業績目標與品牌成長。

🔍 工作內容:

  • 主導新產品開發流程,包含市場調查、消費者洞察、產品概念設計與可行性評估。
  • 與研發、品管、法規等跨部門合作,確保產品符合市場需求與法規要求。
  • 撰寫產品企劃書,定義產品定位、目標族群、核心賣點與價格策略。
  • 監控產品開發進度,確保專案如期完成並順利上市。
  • 擬定年度行銷策略與預算,整合線上線下資源,提升品牌與產品能見度。
  • 規劃並執行產品上市活動,包括媒體公關、數位行銷、社群操作、KOL合作、通路促銷等。
  • 分析市場趨勢與競品動態,持續優化行銷策略與產品表現。
  • 與業務團隊合作,提供行銷素材與銷售工具,支持通路推廣與業績達成。

✅ 任職資格:

  • 大學以上學歷,行銷、企管、食品營養相關科系尤佳。
  • 具備3年以上產品行銷或品牌行銷經驗,有保健食品或快速消費品(FMCG)背景者優先。
  • 熟悉新產品開發流程與整合行銷操作,具備專案管理能力。
  • 具備良好溝通協調能力,能跨部門合作推動專案。
  • 對健康產業有熱情,具創意思維與市場敏銳度。
