Associate Brand Experience & Creative Director

We’re looking for a creative thinker with strong brand instincts, agency and both in-house experience, and a proven track record of managing teams and leading brand transformation.

Key Responsibles:

  • Lead end-to-end creative strategy and brand campaigns across multiple touchpoints — from traditional to digital and in-store.

  • Champion breakthrough creative ideas with bold thinking, strong brand judgment, and a clear understanding of customer connection.

  • Manage multiple external agencies (creative, media, social) to deliver fully integrated 360 campaigns that drive measurable business results.

  • Collaborate across departments (e.g., HR, supply chain, PR, operations) to bring initiatives to life in ways that are both creatively inspiring and operationally executable.

  • Drive performance by monitoring media impact and brand health data, translating insights into action and growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in FMCG, retail, lifestyle, or related industries — with strong preference for 4A agency experience.

  • Proven track record of building and leading brand campaigns that inspire, perform, and scale.

  • Visionary thinking, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to turn data into compelling creative strategies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you know how to pitch, align, and rally a team around big ideas.

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
