Associate Brand Experience & Creative Director
We’re looking for a creative thinker with strong brand instincts, agency and both in-house experience, and a proven track record of managing teams and leading brand transformation.
Key Responsibles:

Lead end-to-end creative strategy and brand campaigns across multiple touchpoints — from traditional to digital and in-store.

Champion breakthrough creative ideas with bold thinking, strong brand judgment, and a clear understanding of customer connection.

Manage multiple external agencies (creative, media, social) to deliver fully integrated 360 campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Collaborate across departments (e.g., HR, supply chain, PR, operations) to bring initiatives to life in ways that are both creatively inspiring and operationally executable.

Drive performance by monitoring media impact and brand health data, translating insights into action and growth.
Key Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in FMCG, retail, lifestyle, or related industries — with strong preference for 4A agency experience.

Proven track record of building and leading brand campaigns that inspire, perform, and scale.

Visionary thinking, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to turn data into compelling creative strategies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you know how to pitch, align, and rally a team around big ideas.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
