What you'll do:
- Define and implement a comprehensive global brand strategy that reinforces exclusivity, craftsmanship, and cultural relevance across all key markets.
- Position the brand as a leader in prestige and desirability by monitoring trends and ensuring creative excellence in every campaign.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives spanning retail, digital platforms, public relations, experiential events, and influencer partnerships.
- Craft compelling narratives that honour brand heritage while resonating with emerging luxury audiences through innovative storytelling techniques.
- Lead creative collaborations, capsule collections, and strategic partnerships that enhance media value and elevate brand perception.
- Champion digital excellence by managing owned, paid, and earned channels to balance aspirational positioning with broad reach.
- Collaborate closely with global creative teams to deliver curated social content, editorial features, and cinematic brand films.
- Utilise data-driven insights to personalise digital touchpoints without compromising exclusivity or aspiration.
- Develop best-in-class CRM strategies aimed at engaging VIP clients through tailored experiences and communications.
- Inspire and mentor a high-performing global marketing team while managing significant budgets with sensitivity to both ROI and long-term brand impact.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience (10–15+ years) in progressive marketing leadership roles within super premium luxury sectors such as fashion, beauty, watches, spirits, automotive or hospitality.
- Deep understanding of global luxury markets including Europe, United States, Middle East, and Asia with proven ability to adapt strategies for regional nuances.
- Demonstrated success in building iconic brands through emotional storytelling and high-impact campaigns that drive desirability among Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.
- Exceptional creative sensibility paired with an acute eye for design detail and cultural nuance across multiple platforms.
- Outstanding communication skills enabling you to build trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners such as media figures, stylists, editors, celebrities, and tastemakers.
- Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams across geographies while mentoring emerging talent within a collaborative environment.
- Expertise in developing CRM strategies focused on VIP client engagement using data-driven insights for personalisation without compromising exclusivity.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian or Mandarin is highly desirable for effective cross-cultural communication.
- Advanced academic credentials such as an MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Luxury Brand Management are preferred.
