- Solid grasp of SaaS architecture principles coupled with practical experience managing resource isolation within multi-tenant environments under strict security controls.
- Exceptional documentation abilities demonstrated through process recording skills that produce clear system build guides and operational manuals.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English enabling effective participation in cross-border meetings with international stakeholders.
- Experience working within technology departments of fintech companies or financial institutions such as securities or banking sectors is preferred but not required.
