What you'll do:

  • Ensure all IT operations tasks are maintained and optimised across storage, networking, hardware, telephone systems, and backup solutions while complying with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the purchasing, management, and distribution of IT assets, licenses, and services in accordance with internal guidelines and standards.
  • Provide efficient support for office automation systems including Windows, M365 software, telephone system usage, AV devices, and other related technologies.
  • Deliver comprehensive IT system training to internal customers to enhance their understanding and effective use of various office technologies.
  • Manage user accounts within Active Directory (AD) to ensure proper access control and security protocols are followed at all times.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, asset inventories, and lessons learned to facilitate continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to establish responsible deadlines and personal work plans that align with project goals and organisational priorities.
  • Proactively carry out project support and administrative functions as required by ongoing initiatives or operational needs.
  • Foster harmonious working relationships by appreciating each team member’s contributions and promoting a positive team atmosphere.
