What you'll do:

  • Provide considerate troubleshooting and technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT-related equipment to ensure internal staff can work efficiently.
  • Assist with the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of office software, antivirus programs, and various applications used throughout the organisation.
  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain internal servers running Windows Server or Linux operating systems to guarantee reliable performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in system administration and security protocols to help maintain a safe digital environment.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience providing technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment within a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and maintaining office software suites as well as antivirus programs for multiple users.
  • Solid understanding of installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Windows Server or Linux-based systems in an enterprise setting.
  • Hands-on experience managing network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls with attention to detail regarding security protocols.
  • Ability to administer user accounts thoughtfully while managing file servers and shared resources for effective teamwork.
