Sales Specialist_South (Interventional)

This role focuses on driving product adoption by building strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to identify market needs and support account development. Success in this role requires solid experience in the medical device industry, proven success in product launches, and the ability to work independently.

• Develop and maintain a territory plan with clear monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Clearly communicate the value of the therapy to customers and collaborate with clinical teams for training and support.
• Support physicians through onboarding, training, and account development to ensure consistent therapy adoption.
• Monitor market trends and share feedback to improve commercial strategies.
• Build long-term relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders.
• Address product issues or safety concerns as needed.
• Comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and hospital credentials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of sales experience; background in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare is preferred.
• Proven success in cardiovascular or peripheral vascular therapy is required.
• Strong communication, planning, and self-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Adaptable, driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
