You’ll drive innovative cancer care by coordinating cross-functional marketing efforts across diagnostics, treatments, and digital health. Collaborating with teams across APAC, you'll lead integrated plans for specific disease areas, foster key stakeholder relationships, and scale successful initiatives. This role offers a chance to improve patient outcomes while promoting agility, curiosity, and continuous learning in a customer-first environment.

  • Optimise every aspect of the care experience for cancer patients by identifying exciting opportunities to enhance their journey through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Engage enthusiastically with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders—including healthcare professionals, partners, and cross-functional teams—to ensure everyone is united around shared goals.
  • Shape, drive, and monitor compelling customer value propositions tailored to clients and stakeholders throughout the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Coordinate and energise integrated marketing plans within specific Disease Areas by working collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Spark rapid solutions to critical gaps in the patient journey—such as diagnostics, digital health tools, treatments, distribution, or supply—by harnessing enterprise knowledge and resources.
  • Participate actively in cross-border collaborations throughout Asia Pacific as a valued member of virtual work package teams focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Help scale country-specific successes by sharing best practices and supporting virtual teams that span different markets and disciplines.
  • Foster an uplifting environment that supports self-managed teams characterised by an agile mindset, customer centricity, and a spirit of discovery and experimentation.
  • Promote collaborative problem-solving by connecting enterprise resources with local needs to deliver timely solutions for patients.
