Clinical Medical Affairs Specialist

This role supports clinical education and training for healthcare professionals to ensure the safe, effective use of the company’s medical products. Key duties include delivering product training, supporting case coverage, coordinating educational programs, and collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams. The position requires strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Deliver procedural training to clinical users on the safe and appropriate use of the company’s product portfolio.
• Conduct hands-on training related to product care and maintenance, emphasizing clinical effectiveness and safety.
• Plan and execute educational activities in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Support relationship development with clinical leaders and subject matter experts.
• Coordinate logistics and execution of on-site and off-site training sessions.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align clinical support with business goals while remaining compliant with internal and industry standards.
• Facilitate clinical training during conferences, meetings, and other educational forums.
• Manage event planning, budgets, and resource allocation related to professional education programs.
• Stay updated on relevant clinical literature, industry guidelines, and market trends, sharing insights with internal stakeholders as needed.
• Foster a team culture of collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and performance.
• Carry out additional tasks aligned with CMA and regional strategic initiatives.
