你會做什麼:
作為Senior Power Research and Development Engineer，您將在伺服器開發團隊中扮演舉足輕重的角色，每天都會參與到最前沿的Server電源架構設計工作。不僅需要運用深厚的技術背景完成DC/DC轉換器和VR Power Stage等核心元件的設計與驗證，更要在RFQ/RFP階段提出具前瞻性的解決方案。在日常工作中，您將帶領團隊執行重要客戶專案，把控品質、時程和成本，同時定期與國內外客戶溝通協調，共同解決各類挑戰。此外，您還需指導團隊成員提升專業能力，積極引進高功率密度、數位控制等新興技術，不斷優化產品性能。透過制定嚴謹的設計規範和驗證流程，確保每一項成果都達到頂尖水準。在這個充滿支持和合作精神的環境中，您的貢獻將直接影響企業在全球市場上的競爭力，也讓您有機會持續學習成長並拓展國際視野。
* 負責Server電源架構設計與開發，包括DC/DC轉換器、VR Power Stage及電源模組等之電路設計、Layout規劃與除錯驗證，確保產品效能達標。
* 於RFQ/RFP階段主導電源方案評估、可行性分析及設計建議提案，協助團隊取得關鍵專案。
* 帶領團隊完成主要客戶專案之DC Power設計，嚴格把控設計品質、時程及成本目標的達成。
* 定期與國內外客戶召開專案會議，有效追蹤開發進度、分析並解決問題，同時協調跨部門技術資源以推動項目順利進行。
* 指導團隊成員掌握電源設計概念、除錯技巧及可靠度設計經驗，促進知識傳承與能力提升。
* 積極參與新興電源技術導入，如高功率密度、數位電源控制以及GaN/SiC應用，不斷提升產品競爭力。
