What you'll do: As Director of Research and Development in Component Technology, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of silicon photonics innovation. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with leading minds across the industry to establish advanced capabilities for photonic devices and integrated circuit solutions. You will be responsible for guiding projects from concept through implementation—ensuring every solution meets rigorous application performance standards while remaining practical for large-scale manufacturing.
