What you'll do:

• Oversee project development schedules while managing budgets and controlling costs, including monitoring material preparation status throughout each phase.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
• Organise and facilitate both internal and external project review meetings to maintain alignment on objectives, progress, and deliverables.
• Manage the entire product line lifecycle from initial project kick-off through end-of-life (EOL), ensuring seamless transitions between stages.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, guaranteeing accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with organisational standards.
• Work proactively with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams to resolve issues as they arise during the product development process.
• Monitor market trends in smart living applications to inform strategic decisions regarding new features or enhancements for existing products.
• Support business development initiatives by providing technical insights into product capabilities during client engagements or presentations.
• Ensure that all project milestones are met on time while maintaining high levels of quality across deliverables.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement within project management practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

To excel as a Product Manager in this role, you will bring substantial experience overseeing complex projects within technology-driven industries—particularly those involving electronic systems or smart devices. Your background should include direct involvement in ODM/JDM processes as well as exposure to fast-evolving fields such as AIoT or networking hardware. You possess excellent communication abilities in both Mandarin Chinese and English (with evidence of advanced proficiency), enabling you to bridge gaps between local teams and global partners seamlessly. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards shared goals while maintaining open lines of communication.
• Strong organisational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent English language proficiency with a TOEIC score of 700 or above required for effective international collaboration.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed project documentation that adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience hosting productive meetings involving diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
