Before joining Robert Walters, senior consultant Cynthia Hsieh built her career in sales within the martech and digital sectors. What truly brought her fulfilment was helping clients solve problems and supporting teammates in their professional growth. She shares,

I first heard about Robert Walters through a friend who works in HR.  On her recommendation, I had my first conversation with a consultant from Robert Walters Taiwan. Right away, I felt something special about this company. The consultant generously shared insights into the company culture and took the time to listen to my thoughts and career aspirations.

It wasn’t easy in the beginning.  Coming from a different industry, I was starting from scratch. Each day was a learning experience as I connected with candidates and clients and absorbed new knowledge.

Currently, I am part of the sales & Marketing team, focusing on recruiting for sales-related roles. Throughout my journey, I’ve gained hands-on experience through various projects. My manager has placed immense trust in me, granting me the autonomy to grow in a way that works best for me.

As successful cases accumulated, my expertise and confidence grew too.

Now, I have established long-term, trusting relationships with many clients and candidates. Every time I earn the recognition of a client or the trust of a candidate, it reaffirms that choosing Robert Walters was the right decision.
