Quality Engineer This role involves close collaboration with factories and suppliers to continuously improve manufacturing systems and quality assurance processes, ensuring products meet the highest standards. It focuses on resolving manufacturing and quality issues through collaborative problem-solving, including failure analysis and 8D reports, while conducting supplier audits and new supplier evaluations. The position also supports supplier development and NPI implementation, delivers technical training to customers and internal sales teams, facilitates cross-functional communication, and travels as needed to build strong relationships across the supply chain.

Quality Engineer * Work directly with factories and suppliers to improve manufacturing systems and quality assurance frameworks, ensuring products meet the highest standards. * Engage in collaborative problem-solving with suppliers to address process issues and quality concerns, including coordinating detailed failure analysis and 8D reports. * Support supplier development activities by conducting regular audits, assisting with new supplier evaluations, and delivering technical training to both customers and sales teams. What you'll do: * Collaborate with factories and suppliers to continuously enhance their manufacturing systems and implement robust quality assurance processes. * Work closely with suppliers to resolve manufacturing process issues and quality problems, including managing failure analysis investigations and coordinating 8D reports. * Assist factories in audit activities by providing guidance and support throughout the review process. * Conduct regular supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with organisational standards and drive improvements where necessary. * Support supplier development teams in evaluating new potential suppliers through comprehensive assessments. * Deliver technical training sessions and seminars for customers as well as internal sales teams, sharing expertise to foster understanding of product requirements. * Implement new product introduction (NPI) processes for current suppliers, ensuring smooth integration of new products into existing workflows. * Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote shared goals and mutual understanding throughout the supply chain. * Provide feedback on process improvements based on audit findings and data analysis, contributing to overall operational excellence. * Travel as needed to visit customers and suppliers, building strong relationships through face-to-face engagement.

Location: New Taipei City,Taiwan Responsible for establishing and continuously improving the company’s quality management system to ensure products meet standards from design to mass production. Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain consistent product quality.
