Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor two teams: Infrastructure (focused on system networks and cybersecurity) and MIS (responsible for new employee orientation and permission settings) across APAC, with proficient English language skills.
Drive the completion of company IT processes, currently at a significant completion rate, including cloud migration (AWS) and the centralization of IT processes across international offices in APAC.
Address the cultural transition challenge stemming from the replacement of the former hardware-centric IT lead, ensuring a smooth integration and fostering a conducive work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives and facilitate efficient project execution.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the company's IT infrastructure and processes.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT operations, improve system performance, and enhance cybersecurity measures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams, preferably in a multinational environment.
Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including system networks, cybersecurity, and cloud computing (AWS).
Experience in overseeing MIS functions, including onboarding processes and permission settings.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders across different locations.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, streamline operations, and implement best practices.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through cultural differences within international teams.
