What You’ll Do

• Strategic App Ownership: Drive the roadmap and evolution of a diverse mobile portfolio across iOS, Android, and mainland China platforms.

• Hands-on Technical Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance architectures while remaining active in the codebase to ensure technical excellence.

• AI & Real-time Integration: Lead the delivery of AI-powered features, including intelligent chat, voice interfaces, and low-latency streaming experiences.

• Team Mentorship & Culture: Build and scale a high-accountability engineering and QA team, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous innovation.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Product, UI/UX, and Infrastructure teams to translate ambitious AI concepts into stable, production-ready realities.

c. What You’ll Bring

• Mobile Expertise: 6+ years of professional mobile development experience (iOS/Android), with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and maintaining high-traffic production apps.

• AI Knowledge: Practical experience integrating AI features such as chatbots, voice recognition, or real-time interaction tools.

• Architecture & Performance: Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization and the ability to design maintainable, forward-looking architectures.

• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with the China App ecosystem, RTC/WebRTC, Flutter, or Voice AI (STT/TTS) is a significant plus.
