Keywords: Process Engineering, Process Improvement, Cost Reduction Our client is seeking a Sr. Process Engineeer or Process Engineering Supervisor to join their team in New Taipei City. This role is pivotal in aligning Division Engineering activities and resources to deliver business needs.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement production activities to achieve safety, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery goals.
• Drive safety performance, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Manage and resolve daily production and quality issues.
• Lead cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering to address equipment and process challenges.
• Oversee seamless transfer of new products and technologies to manufacturing.
• Enhance visual metrics, reporting, and individual performance tracking.
• Implement Lean initiatives like SMED, 5S, iKaizan, and visual management.

What you bring:

• BS in Engineering background with over 5 years of Process Engineering experience
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and leadership in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Problem-solving using scientific methods and engineering principles.
• Proficient in data analysis, statistics, and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Minitab.
• Decision-making within plant safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
