What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the R&D and production control teams to manage project/product schedules and ensure on-time delivery
• Work with the sales team to explore the market and develop product strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new product launches
• Support key accounts and secure projects in collaboration with the sales and field application engineer teams
• Visit customers with the sales team to promote products, including pre-sales, specification development, and design-in efforts

What you bring:

• Experience with industrial PCs or industrial Ethernet switches (5+ years)
• New product development and project management (NPDP & PLM)
• Strong cross-functional team communication and coordination skills
• Experience with customization is a plus
• Proactive, aggressive, and passionate
