A leading FMCG organisation in Taipei is seeking a CRM Specialist to join their team, focusing on loyalty programme management and system integration projects. What you'll do:

  • Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders to design and implement improvements to LINE functions that address broader business and marketing needs.
  • Drive enhancements across LINE platforms and databases to maximise business opportunities through effective CRM strategies.
  • Execute a variety of CRM activities including loyalty programme management, member redemption processes, and campaign launches to achieve set business goals.
  • Analyse user touchpoints within loyalty systems to recommend improvements for user interface design, enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Coordinate communication plans with both internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of member communications.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the achievement of overall objectives, facilitating necessary follow-up actions with relevant parties.
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate system integration projects by working collaboratively with other teams to ensure quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
  • Assist in system configuration, testing, maintenance, and administration between global data systems/APPs and local operations.
  • Facilitate clear communication between global project teams, technical experts, local brand teams, and third-party vendors for successful system implementation, bug fixing, training sessions, and documentation updates.
  • Prepare detailed documentation such as scope of work statements, user requirements specifications, technical briefs, project schedules, meeting minutes, setup procedures, and testing protocols.

What you bring:

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering, Marketing or related disciplines which underpins your technical expertise.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with CRM systems including database management; prior involvement in implementing solutions within CRM/SCRM/LINE ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Possess additional experience or familiarity with CDP/DAM/MA/SSO/MFA technologies which would further strengthen your candidacy.
  • Showcase solid background in IT project planning, requirements analysis, account management or similar fields relevant to system development.
  • Have 2-3 years’ proven experience working on CRM initiatives including system development cycles such as testing phases, releases or API integrations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Akeneo PIM solutions, Treasure Data platforms or OKTA identity management tools would be considered advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong project management capabilities alongside keen attention to detail; able to work independently while maintaining collaborative spirit within multi-party environments.
  • Efficiently manage cross-functional system integration projects involving internal departments as well as global teams or third-party vendors/partners.
  • Display self-motivation coupled with quick learning abilities; demonstrate a robust sense of responsibility towards assigned tasks.
  • Excel as an effective team player who brings excellent interpersonal skills into every interaction; communicate professionally in both English and Chinese languages.
