What you'll do:

As Product Manager Hardware System, you will immerse yourself in every stage of the product journey—transforming ideas into reality through close collaboration with talented colleagues across multiple disciplines. • Shape the direction of hardware products by developing and presenting compelling opportunities to internal stakeholders, using market research, competitive analysis, and user insights as key drivers.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Research & Development, Hardware and Software Product Managers, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless integration between hardware and software before mass production.
• Translate business objectives and user feedback into clear, feasible hardware specifications that balance technical requirements with cost targets and project timelines.
• Lead sustaining hardware programmes to achieve delivery milestones and cost objectives while ensuring new product introduction readiness within tight deadlines after project approval.
• Oversee original design manufacturer (ODM) performance throughout design, manufacturing, and quality assurance phases to maintain high standards across all deliverables.
• Own the end-to-end integration process between hardware, firmware, app, and cloud systems to guarantee a reliable and emotionally resonant user experience for customers.
• Coordinate release schedules across platforms, lead system-level validation from a user perspective, and resolve cross-platform issues efficiently to uphold product performance and usability.
• Build strong relationships with ODM partners by negotiating effectively, communicating proactively, and aligning partner execution with organisational vision.
• Drive alignment among diverse teams by resolving dependencies quickly, facilitating smooth handoffs between functions, and keeping leadership informed with data-driven updates.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product enhancements.

• Comprehensive understanding of hardware development processes alongside firmware and software integration best practices is required.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform actionable product strategies is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills are necessary for effective negotiation with partners as well as clear articulation of complex concepts to diverse audiences.
