What you'll do:

As a Senior Sales Manager based in Taipei, you will be entrusted with spearheading strategic initiatives aimed at growing the company’s footprint within the high-tech and semiconductor supply chain sectors.   • Lead strategic business development initiatives by proactively identifying and cultivating a robust pipeline of business opportunities within the high-tech and semiconductor supply chain sectors both locally in Taiwan and internationally.
  • Strengthen the organisation’s coverage of emerging customer segments and key industry verticals by researching market trends and engaging with prospective clients.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored for major clients, manage key accounts effectively, and drive consistent revenue growth to expand overall market share.
  • Promptly capture, track, and manage all sales opportunities using the CRM system while maintaining regular engagement with both new prospects and existing customers.
  • Identify, establish, and nurture strong relationships with clients throughout the territory, placing particular emphasis on small- and medium-sized businesses as well as major accounts within targeted industries.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and customer documentation to support sales activities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at every stage of the process.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow sales professionals and cross-functional teams to maximise collective sales potential and achieve shared business objectives.
  • Mentor junior business development staff by providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer to enhance overall team capabilities and performance.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Sales Manager in this organisation’s Taipei office, you will bring extensive experience from multinational freight forwarding or logistics environments—ideally complemented by exposure to high-tech or semiconductor supply chains. Your academic background will include a bachelor’s degree relevant to logistics or business administration.   • Outstanding command of both spoken and written English as well as Chinese is necessary for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation abilities coupled with strong interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering presentations to small groups of two or three people.
  • Proven track record in new business development including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint along with hands-on experience using CRM systems is required.
