An automotive company seeks FP&A in Taipei to drive budgeting, forecasting, and analysis in a supportive, inclusive, and growth-focused environment.

Key responsibilities:

As FP&A, you will manage and support budgeting, rebates, month-end closings, financial analysis, and process improvements.

• Handle period expense budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for effective cost control
• Administer and analyse sales rebates to ensure accuracy and optimise performance
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with precision and compliance
• Assist in preparing the annual budget, providing insights for strategic planning

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring a finance degree, public accounting and corporate experience, strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, compliance focus, and mentoring ability.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Combined experience in public accounting (Big 4/CPA firms) and in-house corporate finance or controlling roles
