What you'll do:

• oversee the operations and finance teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication between departments to achieve organisational goals.
• manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A), providing insightful recommendations that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Review detailed financial reports regularly, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimise profitability and efficiency.
• coordinate closely with the Asia operations team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on cross-regional initiatives.
