About the Role

We are hiring a Recruiter for a reputable multinational medical company. In this role, you will identify and attract top talent across Taiwan and the Philippines. This is a remote position, but occasional travel to our Taipei office is required.

You will use your expertise in direct sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, 104, and other job boards to build strong candidate pipelines. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for engaging candidates across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, 104, and other job boards.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for roles in Taiwan and the Philippines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sourcer or similar role with strong direct sourcing skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with recruiting in Taiwan and the Philippines preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
