Business Development Manager

An International Packaging Material Company is hring a Busuness Development Manager.

Key Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field, MBA is a plus
• Minimum 10 years in semiconductor industry
• Experienced in sales, marketing, NPI, research & development, applications development and/or product management
• Experienced with semiconductor devices used in Communications, High Performance Computing, Automotive, Medical and/or IoT

Key Requirements:

• Good understanding of device types and their corresponding packaging architectures
• Knowledge in semiconductor packaging in various process types: System-in-Package, Wafer Level Packaging, Leadframe, Laminates and/or MEMs & Sensors
• Background in semiconductor packaging materials highly desired
• Strong knowledge in materials science and engineering is a plus
• Excellent communications skills – both verbal and writing in English
• Highly organized, adheres to deadlines, must be comfortable with multi-tasking
• Good prioritization and time-management skills
• Highly driven and self-motivated. Strong influencer to customers and peers
