SQE

An international technology company is looking for pcb/pcba SQE (Hsinchu).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on current manufacturing and quality processes at our various Contract Manufacturer’s (CM’s) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODM)
• Inspect quality reviews to ensure compliance and execution of the Product Quality Plan, and to approve manufactured items completed and presented for Customer acceptance, which will include printed wiring assemblies, Injected molded plastics, aluminum pressure castings, and top level assembly unit box builds
• Inspection support at our suppliers in the South East Asia Region- Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Taiwan with formal IPC-A-610 training and experience to inspect solder and general workmanship to the requirements of IPC-A-610
• Review AS9102 First Article Reports prepared by the Contract Manufacturer and take direction from Customer’s Quality Assurance department, and will interface with designated points of contact at 3rd party Contract Manufacturers, ODM’s and sub-tier Suppliers
• Conduct quality audits and surveys. Initiate and address corrective and preventive actions when non-conformances are noted in Customer products or the processes used to produce Customer products

Key Requirements:

• 8+years Quality Assurance in electronics manufacturing environment (OEM, ODM or EMS)
• Familiar with SMT and final assembly process
• English communication skill
